Looks like PMD to me. But I'm a beginner. Also I think I see some MD on some of rhe reverse devices.

@makecents, why is the roof angle outward on the left and not on the right?

If you look real close, the roof is not angled, it is still vertical, the die subsidence has allowed the fields to rise up a little giving the appearance of the angle.
