The paper is folded "tucked" under itself as the machine is doing this, it rotates around, gouging the coin making a circle like your coin has on it. The roll has to have come from a coin delivery co. and not customer rolled. Other similar types of circles were created by gumball and slot machines. Report this Post to the Staff
