nss-52 Moderator United States 54280 Posts	Posted 10/09/2024 3:44 pm north-east-auction is a big seller ebay inappropriately lets big sellers flaunt the selling rules usually the only thing that will take a big seller down, is ENOUGH buyers that pursue returns for not as described. They have 175 negative and 165 neutral feedback comments in 12 months, but that's only 2.5% (in ebay's eyes). In my eyes, that's a lot of unsatisfied buyers. Absolutely, and there are many more sellers alike with hundreds of negative feedbacks but high volume sales that over rides any action by ebay , all these dishonest sellers big or small have taken ebay to another level unfortunately and they're getting away with it, ebay has a responsibility to better monitor these activities and implement re stricter guidelines.
