The 3 photos are identical with the last number in the date digitally altered. He admits to using stock photos, but you would think he could at least take photos of 3 different coins!

At the least this is deceitful. But the seller does not say that the coins pictured are the ones you will receive, and does accept returns.

97.5% positive feedback is in questionable territory for me on ebay regardless of the silly photo editing.

That particular seller is atrocious. They've been discussed on CCF before. Lots of polished coins sold as BU. They also seem to deliberately use variety photos as stock photos, presumably to draw in cherrypickers. Just overall shady, but they seem to have a lot of sales regardless.

I see that the seller is North East Auctions - a seller that has been brought up here before - a stay away from seller..

It looks like he does that to all of his 3 coin cent auctions. I wonder what the coins actually look like when you get them in hand? Can't be close to what is pictured. So how can he get away with that? Like Hondo stated: Isn't this deceitful even if he does offer returns?
