1974 Washington (Quarter) With Reverse Arrows Going Through Washington's Head?

Also It looks like the date is doubled or something else from the reverse is giving an illusion of numbers. Also it looked like it has a ghost D but I would need to use the microscope at work to get closer, but not a bad 1974 P Washington found in circulation. Cheers! Report this Post to the Staff
