Not mine, already filled this hole. Just curious what the CCF thinks of this freshly NGC holdered '89CC.

Will post the grade in 48.

I'd be at VF35. At least it appears to be natural and uncleaned. Nice coin no matter how it grades.

the middle grades of morgans are a challenge for me.

XF40/45 I'm leaning toward XF45

It's VF 35 because the graders think it meets the VF 35 standards that they use.

The owner can always crack it out and send it for a resubmit or to a different service. That is always a risk though.

I think it's a nice, accurately graded coin and would not be ashamed if it were mine.
