In the least, it should be a big red flag that the seller doesn't even bother to identify the coin. I suspect the MO is to look like a complete rube, so a bidder believes they've stumbled across something rare.
There's really no such thing as a free lunch. When you see coins of this rarity at that kind of price, and the seller is from the China/nearby area, it's a 99.9% chance that it's fake.
