Welcome to the forum! This looks like a normal 1930 to me. Post mint damage ( PMD) by something striking the 0 on the right side. By the looks of all the marks, I'd say that's not surprising. Aside from the scratches and dings I would give it EF details.

Thanks for the replies guys...I was under the assumption it was PMD aswell, but the area under where the zero would have been scraped off is free of any scratch, damage or abrasion. it looks just like the rest of the clean field.

The area circled in black looks to be missing some of the coin metal.

The area circled in red could be part of that metal flipped and pressed into the surface of the coin.
