Hello, please help grade this 1865 IHC. It has a few die cracks on the obverse and I believe a die clash - I've circled the suspected area of the clash in some of the pics below - the clash is on both sides. Please let me know if you think it is in fact a clash, and the grade.

Nice clash... Looks to be XF-45, with a softer strike being the explanation for the lack of hair detail... IMHO of course... Nice coin

Interesting coin. Plain 5. Easy AU-58 off these great pics by my book. Look for a layover of the dies in the proper orientation to determine if those are clashes.

It could very well be, upstate, I wouldn't rule that out at all. I love them when they're cracked-up like this, too.
