I'm still working on getting better pics...
i have what looks like a D/D
i tried finding a match on coppercoins.com but there are SO many varieties for this year/mm that I started to go cross-eyed. I see a vertical line inside the "D" and while not readily visible from these pics, a tiny protrusion on the outside of the "belly" of the D. the simplest way to describe it would be as if the "D" had an outtie belly button. does anyone know of specific die markers I should look for? the "belly button" protrusion is near the bottom portion of the curve of the D, almost in line with the bottom of the D, just slightly above...if any of that helps in narrowing down a die match...

i can't enlarge the pics too much without completely blowing out the image...

I see what could be an RPM, but nobody is really going to be able to help you using images until you can get it under a microscope to take a photo.

Can you take one of those pictures and crop out until you only see the mintmark? I have a Kodak easyshare c180 and it works fine for that.

The image needs to be taken much closer to the coin. Cropping an existing photo that doesn't show enough detail only makes a smaller image that doesn't show enough detail.

I too see an RPM, but not close enough to tell which variety.

It is a East RPM. Hard to tell which one. There are many East RPMs that year. A larger image of the date and mint mark location might help to nail it down for sure.

i just got done checking wrpm-022 on coppercoins.com and it looks like it might be it. it's barely visible in the last pic, but in bright sunlight with my loupe, I can see the die scratch that runs along the coat in front of the date. the reverse die marker might also be very faintly visible through my loupe as well.

It's not WRPM-022:
http://www.coppercoins.com/lincoln/...ie_state=mds
The bottom hook isn't as strong as this die number.
WRPM-022 is a Wexler Number.
1960D-1MM-026 is a coppercoins.com number. Both numbers match this die number.
