Perhaps, someone has assumed his/her ID? Just speculation on my part. Would not a "coinguy' submit a genuine, high grade '16-D to PCGS so as to realize a hefty return? Although a quick look at the old feedback showed a somewhat rocky road back then as well. Some poor, uneducated buyer is going to burn a few hundred on this. Even with a 7 day return policy, I bet the buyer never sees that money again. But hey, they got free shipping out of the deal! It's too bad there is no way to follow up on this auction.
