It doesn't look like there is any wear so I would go with ms63 too. Look under the last 6 on the date is that a misplaced six in the denticals?

I think it may have just the slightest hint of wear but even that I am not even sure about. I would say that it is a AU-58+ if it does have that rub or MS-61/62 if it does not. Amazing coin!

MS-63/4 I do believe. Beautiful coin, I'd love to have one like it.  Also, I'd look closer at those denticles which jessvc1 was referencing...there does appear to be the top of a misplaced six in those denticles. It really looks to me like FS-50-1866-302 (WB 102). I'd bet fifty cents on it.  If so, it should easily double the value I would think.

Slider AU-59, probably net market graded 61-62, mayyyybe 63. Sorry to be that one guy : (
I say this based on the marks in the fields, which look like minor circulation. The color of the fields also looks very mildly circulated.
