A ebay seller in China has a bunch of Morgan's on sale- heres a link to one of his auctions http://cgi.ebay.com/U-S-COINS-1890-...DE_W0QQitemZ260068107378QQihZ016QQcategoryZ523QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem Now the question is should we trust a seller in China? With all the fakes that come out of China I ended up passing on all his auctions even though there was some decent deals that might be there,

I personally do not trust any seller from China. There was one I considered reliable, but they became Unregistered as of last August 31st.

Not me,not now,not ever. That seller has a total of 10 feedback and one of those is a negitive. One coin shipping to the U.S. is $14.00.It would never be worth the chance to me.

I personally, have never dealt with dealer from China. I have heard too many horror stories and will most likely never bid on anything from China. I would strongly suggest to anyone who is considering bidding on this auction, DON'T DO IT.

China dealers-trust or not? NOT"what magnetic item"...iron is magnetic "We are the Chinese craftwork products wholesale"...beautiful Chinese craftwork there. LOL Even if you wanted to buy the coin, after you pay your money and don't receive it...what would you do? Complain to ebay? Try chasing this guy down in China...not a chance.

I would not bid on the China coins either. I agree with all the others, you may not get the item, it may be fake and shipping is too much. Does nor sound like a wise venture.

I would NEVER deal with a seller in China. NOT EVER. There is no way to safe guard yourself. If you send them money, you might as well write it off. If you do get something back it will probably be a fake or some type of knockoff. I know I've looked at DVD's from there and all of them are knockoff or pirated versions. Most of the coins are fake from the stories I've heard. It's just like dealing with sellers on ebay here in the states who want checks, money orders, etc. You have no real leverage against them if they decide to rip you off (depending on the amount, you have to decide if it's worth the risk, though). At least with PayPal you have a few options, or if you use a credit card through PayPal you might have some options. I was looking to buy a 20th anniversary gold set graded off ebay, but I won't send cash to someone. I'll only use PayPal (although there are alot of other things to check before even doing this). It all comes down to Caveat Emptor (let the buyer beware). These people are just looking for ways to steal from us.

The short answer is "NO". As already indicated, there are tons of counterfeits and fakes coming out of China, and from Chinese sellers who register here in the U.S.
