Found with obverse; strong doubling at the bottom of the W, with rough edges around many of the other letters (lower edge of letters), there are raised spots running through the RUST and the D mintmark is also doubled. Reverse; strongest doubling at the upper details (i.e., UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, E, P and at the bottom of the flags and some of the men in the Keelboat look possibly doubled as well. Will post photos as soon as possible. Is any else familiar with this error coin.

Will have to see pictures, but based on your description of rough edges, it sounds like Die Deterioration Doubling, which is common and not valuable.
