Looks like some kind of scrape ( PMD) to me.

Definitely PMD. Something scraped the top off the C and actually peeled/shaved the bottom of the O and folded it upward...I bet you could unfold that O but it would probably break off completely in the process. That's my postulation.

Triple die clash. The marks to the right of the "C" looks like the back of the neck.

There is no imprint of an E and there are no clash marks. The damage to the letters and the lines in the fields are one and the same.

Those are just contact marks. The neck clash marks are lower.

A triple clash doesn't remove devices, it just it transfers outline of the devices on the opposite die. Contact removed the part of the O & C.
The rest of either die shows no clash marks.

I actually have no idea what the OP sees on this coin - no description. I see a completely normal coin with damage.
