nice coin! because of the wear on the hair, wings and shield and there is really no detail in the tail just an outline I would say this is a grade somewhere around 10

I agree this coin looks solid for VG-10. Grading services might use a more relaxed standard for these early quarters and give it an F-12.
The bright centers suggest an old light cleaning to me but the coin nevertheless has a pleasing look overall. Nice type example!

The detail below the clouds on the left caught my eye. It appears to be an imprint of the hair detail? The cool part is there is no visible sign of a clash on the obverse. Maybe they reworked the die or perhaps paired with a fresh obverse die? Hopefully, someone with early Bust knowledge will reply to this.

Looks to be VG-10 maybe F-12. Beautiful coin!

Yes, typical die clash effects. The marks below the clouds correspond to the outline of Liberty's hair curls. The long line from clouds to OF is from the bottom edge of Liberty's portrait. Such clashes don't add any value but they are interesting.

First one is F or close, second one is F+ in my opinion.
