An ebay scam or the real deal?

Has anyone heard of this before?

I would say scam, but I am naturally suspicious.

if you look at the top of the packaging it looks rough with the light bouncing of it. Looks like he has just opened it.

Although to be fair the seller is offering a 14 day money back guarantee.

Although I must say that even if genuine, this item has zero interest for me. I collect coins.......not their abscence.

It is a packaging error, not a coin error. I guess it is worth whatever the buyer is willing to pay, but me, I would rather have the complete set.

yes, to me as well it looked like the package was tampered with, but then it is hard to tell conclusively from the photo.

zero interest from me as well, was just interested if anyone had heard of this so called "packaging error" before, sounds like not...

I've googled it and nothing came up.

He says this is the third seen on ebay... Hmmm seems weird to me. Who would end up buying a mint set with one coin missing, so how would hhe have ended up with it to sell? Smells fishy.

Kind of makes me wonder where he got his information from.

Methinks it has a certain amount of stink to it.

No interest for me either.

Aarong, excuse me. IOL is an acronym and I was just laughing how stupid this ebay post is. If you want to buy the missing "genuine error" more power to you.
