How would you grade it?

I would grade this ... Beautiful... I'm not an expert on these, but it looks to have a weaker strike, MS-64

I like how it has all the vertical lines on the reverse III. Looks like its a 63. Nice coin.

Very clean coin with great colors! I say weak struck MS64. Is there a die clash on this or the marks on the holder?

I'd guess MS63 with a bit of weak strike, super clashes and toning!

I'm going with MS64. Great lines on the reverse (ribbon on the reverse is very nice as well).

Great coin but looks like she has a bit of rim damage on upper left obverse. I think that would hold it back to MS-63. Other than that, MS-64 all day long.

MS-64 for the eye appeal, it may be a technical slider or 63 with the rim knock.

I think the rim ding is actually a planchet flaw, don's see signs of a hit, more like the metal was never there when it was struck.
