If you do a search on google for "aldi" and "beer" you will see that there are plans for aldi to sell beer for $1 a can.

Cool, I was starting to wonder if they were going to release the volunteer's coin into circulation.

There's an Aldi in my area, it's quite a good shop, there cheaper than the big supermarkets and they have really good quality items if you know where to look. I am so addicted to there brownie cookie biscuits packs.

Laws in ACT are funny. Aldi sells wine in Canberra supermarkets, wouldn't surprise me to see them expand into beer.

Can't stand the taste of Beer, or any alcoholic drink for that matter , so it's of no consequence to me if they sell it or not, but I imagine there will be a lot of flak from Bottle Shops and the like.
