newcollector New Member United States 5 Posts	Posted 11/08/2011 3:24 pm I don't know if there are any NYS Quarter errors but I came across this one at work. my camera kinda sucks so it doesn't show much detail. if you look under the "f" in freedom where the river bends it appears the river countinues in this coin.i have also found 2 others but the imprint on the extended river is not as long or as deep. any information on this would me awsome. thankyou Report this Post to the Staff

But I can't tell you if it's an error or PMD because I'd need a good close up photo to take a shot at that...and I do know how hard it is to take the photos. There was only one design used on each of the Statehood Quarters. There wouldn't be any possibility of a variety, which is what this would have to be in order for your theory to be true.
