I don't know why this topic was moved. It is considered a US colonial coin and is listed as such in Chapter 3 of Breen's Complete Encyclopedia of US and Colonial Coins. I placed it in the Grading Section of US Classic Coins to get the opinion of US colonial collectors on the grade.
Unfortunately, there are only a few of us on the CCF interested in Colonials. There is no Colonial section. I usually place mine in the Classic section too. Since the exact intention of these tokens is unknown, there is only speculation whether they were intended for use in the American Colonies or not. Here is a brief background.
