What kind of doubling do you think this is?

I think there are mechanical and hub(red arrows) doubling on same coin.

I have one similar but it is doubled all around the profile, ended up being Machine Doubling. I kept it though because it is unique to me.

Even the bottom lip is affected by this machine damage.

That's machine damage doubling and split plating. The zinc in that coin will eventually rot leaving a shell of what used to be a coin.
