I wish the pics were a little larger and clearer to grade by. It's a little more difficult through the holder also. The cheek chatter looks minimal and I don't see any real hits on the coin. I think it may go as high as 65. I think there is a little too much chatter to go higher.

It looks like there is a mint mark on this coin. What is it?

Its a 1904-O,

It looks like a pretty strong strike for a 1904-O, but unfortunately that means the pics are way too small to form any concrete opinion of grade. Based on what I see, I cannot decide if it's Uncirculated or not.

If it is MS, I could call it MS64.

If it was graded by NGC it would be ms64-65 but PCGS graded it you are close!!!
I need a way to post my pic larger anyone know how?
