The cheek chatter looks minimal and I don't see any real hits on the coin. I think it may go as high as 65. I think there is a little too much chatter to go higher. Based on what I see, I cannot decide if it's Uncirculated or not. If it is MS, I could call it MS64. Report this Post to the Staff
