The first (13 star) one has really great detail, unfortunately it has environmental damage (corrosion) and a bit of a verdigris problem. I think it would grade VF details from NGC.

The second (12 star) one I would grad VG10 to F12 based on design strength, but again, it has some "green" issues on the reverse. Side note, there appears to be a scratch between the 9th and 10th stars on the obverse also. Nice looking coins.

I think the first one is a EF-40 and the second one is a VG-10. They both look like they have verdigris and may benefit from verdicare.
