About what... if it's real.
IMO, looks cleaned, not fake. Did you do the magnet test?

Magnets are best left on the fridge, holding photos of your relatives' kids that they insist on sending you in this, the age of the laser printer...
Take a closer look at the (obv) surface...

I don't think coins are supposed to spall like that. It looks like a windshield that got hit by a stone. If I was looking at this to buy I think I would pass.

In my opinion you are probably dealing with a counterfeit or at least a Restrike made for the China trade.
Please notice the incomplete dentils along the lower edge of the portrait side. This is caused by the fact that the coin that was copied LACKED that feature because it was struck off center. This coin being more concentric has too much coin and NOT ENOUGH DIE.
To me the missing metal actually looks like either a strike through or perhaps a trapped gas pocket.
The coin has 3 of the points normally seen on a Boston type and I suggest that the edge detail will also be incorrect.
NICE coin for a specialist. I for one would love to examine it up close.

It's doesn't look cast, the details are fine (not mushy)

Metal loss does look like a strike-through, since the doesn't appear to be any disturbance on the reverse, or raised edges. The dentils are a sure sign of a counterfeit, though. As Bob mentioned, the coin appears to be struck with a die that already had partial dentils, which would only happen on a counterfeit die made by using another coin as a template or transfer host.

The dentils on the face side, bottom, don't extend to the edge of the coin. This sometime happens when the coin is not center, but in that case they are wayyy wider (like on the top on the other side)

Ok - I kind of thought that was the edge itself I was seeing. So actually there is a sliver of undentiled area between the dentil and the corner of the edge? If so then I understand.

Here's an example of what is happening with the strike. Look at the dentils at the bottom of the coin - see how they are showing a full circle of complete dentils with a portion of the planchet still showing before the rim due to the die being off-center? This is what you'd expect on a coin struct with the original die.
