I went to the grocery store before it close and received changes after buying some food.

Is there any extra value to these type?

Wow, that's cool to find in your change.

I know that binary notes are only supposed to have two numbers but to have three 8's and three 7's is pretty cool.

So, most Americans consider 7 to be a lucky number and I think the Chinese consider 8 to be a lucky number so if you find a Chinese-American you probably could sell it. How much? I couldn't even begin to guess.

A Federal Reserve Note!
I couldn't resist that, but I would call it a keeper for sure.

I only have heard them called special serial number notes.
