This time it is silver (actual silver weight 0.3420 oz.) but the condition would only make it bullion value. But with careful cleaning might make 5 or 6$. Somebody tried to make an extra buck by sneaking them into a roll to make the roll the right width. Those coins were better to find in the roll than common Kennedy halves in my opinion.
