Top one is Saudi Arabia 4 Ghirsh Arabic date AH1376 = AD1956. Copper-nickel I'm afraid. Worth 50c to 1$.
The second one. Have you posted the same side twice?

I think I've got the second one now.
Also Saudi Arabian 1 Riyal date AH1370 = AD1950. This time it is silver (actual silver weight 0.3420 oz.) but the condition would only make it bullion value. But with careful cleaning might make 5 or 6$.

I hope you mean "add" $5-6, since scrap is already $10.

I am not 100% sure but I think that the US is the only country that has made the "sandwich" coin which consists of outer layers of copper-nickel (75% copper and 25% nickel) bonded to an inner core of pure copper.

Somebody tried to make an extra buck by sneaking them into a roll to make the roll the right width. Those coins were better to find in the roll than common Kennedy halves in my opinion.
