I have a silver-colored penny. It is rough surfaced, seems a bit heavier than a copper-colored penny, and is non-magnetic.

The year/mint is 1973 D.

It's probably an ordinary copper cent that's been electroplated, with zinc or something else. Look for spots or patches where the plating is thin, incomplete or worn off.
