Hi fat_sabre welcome to the forum !!

Those coins were sent out by readers digest as a prize token of some kind, they have no numismatic value or for that matter probly no value .

I collect these and have about 70 different issues. Readers Digest has been the most prolific token issuer for a couple decades now. Most of these are very common because they were sent out in enormous numbers but there are a few tougher ones and several varieties.
Time don't fly, it bounds and leaps.

I have a 1992 catalog that shows the Reader's Digest tokens under the heading of "Miscellaneous - Other Contests". In general, it indicates that this type of token was valued at .50 to 1.00, but the few I have cost more in the .10 to .25 range, and were part of token lots. I am not sure what the 65 indicates.
