I need some help with these coins. They are all non magnetic and weigh from 23.7g to 25.3g

Were these Souvenir coins?

They all seem to have good edges and reeding and nice details.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

the image of each coin is very small. Can you post large pictures, perhaps each coin individually?

Perhaps if you scan them two at a time, the images may be larger. At least the annotation on the holders could be read to give more of a clue.

They may be all or part of a commercial promotional token or medal series.

Some of them look to be from a series of medallions featuring Chinese rulers through history. The set produced for souvenir purposes.

Yep, they're all Chinese fantasy dollars depicting the old Qing Dynasty emperors or figures from Chinese mythology, not official coins. They almost certainly aren't made of silver. Typical going price is $2 each.

Thanks for all your input. I did scan 2 of them so you might get a closer look.
Thanks again

The larger pictures confirm Sap's opinions.

Why would you say that, 10xloupe? We've seen plenty of these on the forum before; none of them have ever been made of real silver. This thread has one of the "myths and heroes" types; this thread has another one; this thread has a couple of sets of the "emperor" types.

The coins in this thread all have the yellowish hue typical of Chinese base-metal fantasy dollars.
