I'm picking up (ordering) the new P puck and a couple of the WP ASE sets tomorrow. On June 6th I will pick up the Perry P puck and the Unc. ASE. I haven't thought about the bullion Perry puck yet.

This month got more expensive for me than I had planned on in April. In April I was thinking the Silver Proofs - the WP - and the Uncirculated ASE would be my purchases... and then I grabbed the Chaco and am now onboard for the WM tomorrow. (I am wondering if this will be a qucik sellout or people will hold off waiting on silver to settle again?)

Provident just put up the WM bullion at $132.71, $8.09 less than APMEX. I guess the demand wasn't all that great if non-APs got in this quickly.

Thanks Bizy. That cheers my heart, and I hope they sell 100,000.

I too will be getting in line for these and have a long list of things I want for my collection.

I have also decided that the US Mint should take my priority for collecting and I decided to knock off several coins from my interest list going forward, such as I am not very interested anymore in running down China Panda medals.

In any case, there's a lot coming out from the US Mint that I like and want, the 5 oz BU quarters, the uncirculated eagle, the proof silver eagle, the proof gold eagles, the uncirculated gold eagle, and of course now they are talking about a reverse Buff which I MUST have!

Has anyone ever saw a bullion version come in a blue mint box like the P versions do? Cause someone has a bullion Gettysburg on ebay with the box and COA but it's not a P puck?

Bullion pucks do not come in the blue mint packaging (OGP).

Can you provide a link? If a seller is misrepresenting his product, it should be brought to the attention of ebay. How do you know it's not a P?

That would definitely be a bullion puck in a P Mint mark box...not very smart since it will be returned anyway

Well the final price wasn't too bad for a bullion coin. Definately was a bullion coin and definately misleading listing. Both the seller and ebay were told it was a misrepresentation of the actual coin and that it was a bullion coin. I guess I don't understand why someone would pay nearly $200 for a modern coin and not know enough to do a basic search to figure out if it is real or not.

The seller listing it as "Proof Like Quality" was almost comical as well.

Ya I actually had the highest bid, then realized it wasn't a P puck, contacted seller and told them I didn't want it since I already have the bullion Gettysburg, they said they would allow me to cancel purchase if I won. I was high bidder at 160 but had a max bid of $178, I thought I'd win it for sure but some fool jumped me, thank god. Then I sent seller a message asking how they came to get that box with that coin and the response was "i bought it like that" Sure ya did! Ona different note provident has the white Mr. Coin at $131 I just ordered it! ;)

Yes but had bidders. Just goes to show some have no clue. While Gettysburg is a cool coin there were many issued. I wonder if the seLler didn't get it the same way in the box. Hope it is at least silver through and through

WELL... I have some very sad news. Just received an email from the mint who told me the Chaco coin sold out and I will not be getting one :(

I thought might have made the cutoff and was really looking forward to it but hey, that's how it goes. I think I am going to sign up for the sub on these coins, its really my fault I got busy with work, I got side tracked and didn't take the time to examine this series, and by the time I learned more about it, well I was late so I am just going to start off by getting in line at 11 CST for the release today.

let this be a lesson to me to be early and not delay in my collecting goals.
