My angle finder is in my desk at work. Eyeballing it, I would guess 70 deg. or 110 deg. depending on the normal alignment obverse to reverse.

Jeff, thank you. Any idea if this is CW or CCW?

from what I've read on the forum, the rev die is stationary & the obv die is the stamping die - if this is the case the obv die would have rotated CCW resulting in the rev appearing to have a CW rotation - hope this makes sense to you - I don't know if this is how TPGs determine it

I would expect that it would be the anvil die that would be the one rotating. The dies would be held in place with one or more set screws. If the anvil set screw loosens the die can rotate but it is still supported and held in place by the die cup. If the hammer die screws loosen enough that the die can rotate then gravity works and the die can fall out of the die holder.

I never got an answer as to whether these normally came with coin rotation or medal rotation so it could be 60 degrees or 120 degrees.

As for CW or CCW there is no way to know which way the dies rotated. Some labeling conventions assume that all rotations rotate one way and you can have rotations from 1 to 359 degrees. The other labeling convention assigns rotations from 1 to 180 degrees and CW or CCW depending on the apparent rotation.
