I'd put it around EF-45 details. Maybe some minor corrosion issues.

EF45 strike is a bit weak on the obv. the verdigris in LIBERTY & the date make me think it was circulated, the wheat stalks on the reverse also might have a touch of wear, or it could be the bright reflection of the lamp. This is a coin you need to see in hand to really give an acurate grade.
