Probably MS64RB I don't know if its worth the $ to slab this nice coin. You'll spend 30% of the value grading and shipping it back. Unless it's a DDO ;-) Still a nice coin, I think the small carbon spots and the ticks on the Lincoln's jacket keep it from a 65 grade.

I'm really not sure on this one. It has rim damage, obverse has marks all over Lincoln along with the date. from what I can see it doesn't look like a double die. highest I would put it is at MS60RB.
Could be way off who knows!

pman - good call, you are probably closer to the grade than my first impression, the marks on the date I didn't really catch, the reflecting light is from small ticks on the raised digits. I'll revise and say MS62/MS63RB

AU-55
1909 VDB's are not worth slabbing unless they are at least MS-66RD IMO.

I'll agree with BadThad on the slabbing comment MS66RD or better on 1909 vdb LWC, but I don't see any wear on this coin the fields are a little darker, but plenty of mint luster peeking through, I see no wear at all IMO.

I'd say low end MS, no higher than 63. I agree with the slabbing comment as well. No point in slabbing that piece unless it's up to par.

I don't think this one goes MS. I'm seeing a shade of rub on lincolns cheek and on his shoulder. Combined with the carbon spot and dings, were I grading it for my collection I'd call it AU55.
I most definately wouldn't get this one slabbed. Even were it to sneak by as a MS the grade wouldn't go higher than 63 and more likely a 62
