Hi there. I'm hoping for some help with grading the 1912 cent shown below. I didn't want to remove it from the capsule for fear of leaving any handling marks!

Wow staircase let the drool begin. That is very nice. I want to say MS 65 red with one carbon spot. Is it as red without the flash, or is it more brown like the reverse?

Thanks for the comments, all very encouraging and much appreciated!

Cownick, good question. The photo of the reverse is not very good, probably because of the plastic. It actually has the same brightness as the obverse. I took another quick pic from the same angle as the obverse. A few marks do show in this photo, but they are on the capsule (with the exception of a couple).

Thanks again!

At PCGS probably 65RB, maybe 64RB depending upon the reverse hits. At ICCS and CCCS 64 RD. Nice looking coin.

If it had wheels it'd be the Aston Martin I've always been looking for.

Thanks again for the input.

Littlemoney, it was some time ago but I'm positive the price tag was around $25 plus sundries.
