I'm going with VG10 with possible old cleaning. Has that "pinkish" tint.

I'd say VG10 as well. Also seems to have been cleaned to me.

the obverse looks fine, but the reverse looks barely VG; so I will have to agree with the VG-10 grade

The surface does look to be somewhat [how shall I say?] "compromised." Still, technically, I could give that a F for the nice feathering still left on it. F12 to F15, on any given day.
