Something tells me I should've bought more Morgan and Peace dollars than I did...nice coins in the mix, not slicks, for $24 ea. Was that a good price? I know that the best I've seen online lately is $28-29. I did get the dealers's card and #.

I would have bought a few at that price, as melt is down around $22.95 each. Doesn't seem that bad of a deal, a buck over melt?

We were scheduled for a coin show this morning up in Buffalo, NY, which is about 90 miles away along the lake shore. Woke up this morning to 6" of heavy wet snow and could barely see across the street, so stayed home. Boo-hoo!

As of this post, APMEX buys them for $22.80 for culls, $23.05 for Peace dollars in VG-XF, $24.30 for 1921 Morgans in VG-XF, and $25.80 for pre-1921 Morgans in VG-VF. This is with spot at $29.58. So you would have done pretty well at $24/each.
