Theres a rub on his neck and a hit under IN. The rims have some slight roughness on the reverse and it looks a bit rubbed on the N in CENTS. I'd say it is
2009 Lincoln Professional Life SP67 too by NGC standards

The mark under the IN is on the case.
also NGC grades them with the MS not the SP not sure why.

I lean more toward SP66, I edited and added to my original post and changed to SP67. If you got SP69 or 70 out of this I think you got lucky.

What is the population of that Professional Life Lincoln? I thought that they (TOP III TPG) were pretty stingy with the top two grades.

Looks like lightning is coming out of Lincolns hand and to the flag pole on the reverse.

I know in hand this coins is beautiful. the rim damage that you can see in the pictures I didn't know was there until I took the pictures. so that might have a big thing too with the grade since just by looking at it without magnification I didn't see much wrong with the coin.
