A smidge small to be making the AU/BU judgment, but my gut says high AU. Want to have a go at attributing it? Can you get a closer detail of the eagle's right (viewer's left) wing at the bottom where it meets the leg?

It's a VAM 228, although which variation is unclear. The doubling on Bert isn't noted anywhere, that I can find.

Any more thoughts on grade?
