Howdy y'all. I was just wondering what everyone's favorite coin magazine is and why. Thanks for participating!

I have always thought "Coins" was one of the better magazines.

CoinAGE and Coins are my sentimental favourites, since I read them a lot when I was growing up.
I no longer subscribe to anything in print, but I occasionally get a Coin World or Numismatic News when I travel.

Australasian Coin and Banknote magazine is the only one I subscribe to. Because, well, I live in Australasia. Australia, to be more precise.

I receive the Numismatist from the ANA I quit buying all the others, though I do read CoinWeek on line, maybe will get a subsription one of these days. I do stop by Barnes & Nobel to grab a Starbucks and read some of the better stories, Coinage had a good article on Gold coinage last month.

Not since I was seven or so have I considered pictures to be a primary reason to buy reading material, but when it comes to coin magazines its up there. I think CoinWorld wins in the pic department (great pictures of more coins), but Coinage wins in the article department. NN is great 'cause it comes out so dang often.

I like Coinage the best. I enjoy CoinWorld and it has some interesting articles and tidbits, but man it has way too many advertisements (which I understand is needed to survive but geez it is a bit much...). I feel like I am flipping through 4 or 5 pages to get to a little blurb and then another 4 or 5 pages to get to the next article.

I read CoinWorld digital edition. I like the the digital format - very interactive, so you can skip the advertizing parts. It comes free with subscription as well.

Canadian Coin News is my magazine of choice. Not only articles on Canadian coins but World coins and Ancients.

Numismatic News because it comes weekly, has fairly timely articles, and retail Price Charts.. The Numismatist for in depth articles.

The Australasian Coin and Banknote magazine, because I live in Australia (and covers my interests) and it's the only one I can get my hands on easily.

I really like NN, since it is current on things happening along with price guides, and it comes out weekly. Most magazine articles are 3 months old, when they come to print and delivered, but NN is fairly recent. Maybe 3-4 weeks old at the most.
