I bought this coin from a fellow FNS coin club member and recently sent it to ANACS. I like these "E Clash" coins. The 1884 2A isn't a very strongly-clashed year but still cool. The E is tough to photograph but you can see it in my close-up. Any thoughts on grade?

MS62 maybe 63? I can see the E great in the photo, nice clash!

I like the cotton ball clashes by the arrowheads. Does your coin have the die crack on the obv as clear as the vamworld photo, from the date through the neck and into the stars? That would make for a pretty quick diagnostic when vamming dollars!

Apparently mine is an early die state since that die crack is very faint, extending from the neck through stars 1-4. There is no crack at all through the date.

I'm a big fan of clashed Morgans, especially with the E visible.
Nice coin. I would say this one is MS62.

Sweet clashed coin, I too enjoy a good clashed Morgan, I see this coin graded MS-63, a little baggy but nice strong strike all the same......

You have too love the E clashed Morgans. Your coin looks to be an EDS of this one, the plate coin has no top leg and yours has it. I picked 2 pcgs 65 last year, one EDS and one later die state.

Oh yes, the grade: MS-63 which I think is fair. Nice luster but a few too many obverse marks for consideration at MS-64.

I do believe this is a fair grade given, over-all original luster still glowingly present. I actually wonder just how far from a 64 this coin really is, again a little much on the obv/rev baggy marks, but still sweet, congrats, Mike.......PS, Nice pictures...:)
