All of signatures are normal basic signature and prefixes and serial numbers are nothing special either, Also I imagine I could score some deals with my dealer

Not really telling us anything with normal basic signatures or prefixes. Just finished my 1937 set of $1 and $2 bills and theres a world of difference price wise between BC21-a Osborne-Towers and BC21-c Coyne Towers. As far as prefixes, some like the BC21-b Gordon Towers H/A or J/A will mean more and be worth a great deal more than your run of the mill BC-21-b prefix. Based on the price ranges you mentioned, I could guess at whats being offered there, but the devil's in the details. That Canadian Paper Money book form Charlton I mentioned last week would be able to provide everything you need on those notes you're looking at.

Just a thought, if you just want some fillers to get your collection started, some coin shops offer to regular customers common low grade notes at face or slightly above. Also you should be able to get a nice unc 1967 centenial no serial # for a couple of $.
