The first is a possible 41 S/S and the second is a possible 45 DDO.

@JoeyZ76,

The 41'S' looks more like a worn punch, that would be my guess from the first blur image.

The 45 'P' date doesn't look like doubled die either, as I don't see notching like this.

I remember a past forum member have this 1945 P dime attributed at CONECA. I will post the link as soon as I find it.

Found it!
Check it out notice the the 45 in the date has a that extra boldness. The second 4 also have this marking that ends here.

As of now there's insufficient record to prices for this variety.

CONECA descriptions:
DDO #1-Medium spread on date, designer's initials, with light spread on IN GOD WE TRUST and ERTY of LIBERTY
DDO #2-Medium spread on date
DDO #3-Strong extra thickness on date, designer's initials, IN GOD WE TRUST, and LIBERTY
DDO #4-Light spread on date and IN GOD WE TRUST

I dont see any doubling on LIBERTY at all.I am thinking it could be #4

Good call!
Thanks for the correction, wish I have coin in hand. LOL!

I was looking at the Wexler and Flynn book for reference, and Weinman initial appears it has minor spread. Wexler site don't have the images for DDO #4 for reference either, hoping one day they will update the second edition to Treasure hunting Mercury dimes.
