I scrutinize every critter I come across for speared back/rump. hobbled bison, detached/hangin leg and bald. This one didn't take muck looking. I have a free submission, and this may go.

Looks like a sandwiched coin to me, as I believe that's the Lincoln Memorial pressed into the obverse.

That'd make it PMD, and not worthy for submission.

Are the marks on the obverse raised or incused ?
If they are incused it is probably PMD.
If the marks are raised, Then that is a whole different matter.

Can't be sure from the picture, but if the images on the front look like someone glued a cent onto the front of this coin, and then the cent fell off, leaving the glue behind. A soak in acetone will remove the glue if that is the case. But I'm certain this is not a mint error in any case.

It does look like the Lincoln memorial, but how would monticello get on a coin with a buffalo on the reverse?
