You are going to have to teach me some things on weak strikes, worn dies. what ever it is considered because once again it looks like there is no wear on this coin.

You are absolutely right pman, there is no wear on this coin. It is Mint State. This has to be one of the most extreme examples I've seen of this date struck with worn out dies.

My guess is this is a thin/light planchet, with some lamination

This is a prime example of worn dies,

But, this one is hard to grade.

I will guess MS-62+ lower end RB. This looks like the last coin struck with those dies!
