Maybe I don't understand the question. There are 40% Washington quarters issued in 1976 in both uncirculated and proof.

Well this is embarassing. Please disregard! I didn't realize they issued 40% washingtons in 76.

in 1976 they issued 40% dimes, 40% quarters, and 40% dollars. Mostly in a 3 coin mint/proof set.

I think Fuzzy meant Quarters, Halves and Dollars. There were no 40% Dimes.
