Listed at $60, but can be had at coin shows for around $25 to $30.
I have a silver proof with the continuous milling, in the long box. I gave one of them away as a present. I bought 2 of them originally at the Sydney Coin Show, in 1992, for $30 each, from the RAM stand at the Show. 2,500 of them were made. Now listed at $320, but can be had for perhaps $200 at auction.

Wow you have a silver one; Lucky :)
I was only thinking of the Uncirculated Al-Br, I guess if you try and be savvy getting one under $20 is a good buy.

My database suggests that I bought both the continuous reeding and the interrupted reeding for $91, 10 x proof sets at $52 each, 5 x 5 coin sets at $50 each and have I found 4 in circulation (one of which was uncirculated with a huge die crack).
IMHO the best way to purchase one is to buy the mint, proof or 5 coin set. More bang for your buck.
Don't hold your breath for one under $20.

I love the way you say "your database suggests". When things are far from home in safe storage it's all you've got.

One of the problems with the database is that when I buy multiple items in a single lot, its hard to put an exact price on each item. So, with a number of items, I have simply entered (say) $20 for each of 5 items that I bought for a $100. Sometimes it is laziness, othertimes I have had a terrific deal for a bulk lot. Overall my database totals exactly what I have paid for everything, but not necessarily for individual items.
What price does one put on scarce coins found while noodling. My wavey is worth 20 cents. My mules are a $1. LOL

Yass, While they may have cost you "face value" to get them, I would think that they are worth replacement cost (assuming you needed to replace them).
