Standing Liberty Quarter / SLQ - 1917 Or 1916?

StJoeBlues Pillar of the Community United States 573 Posts	Posted 01/27/2012 6:57 pm I found this Type 1 in a lot on an obscure online auction site. It's listed with some other SLQs and Washingtons being sold as bullion. Pictures were poor but I had the seller send me some better ones. I am 99% sure that this is a 1917 but I wanted that 1% satisfied before I passed on it. What are your thoughts? The current bid is $16.00 with a few days to go. Report this Post to the Staff

There are a few ways to determine this, here is a picture that someone else had posted on the forum a few times, its a great reference.
