How does one figure out if there is a rotated die on this coin?

The rotation of the ribbon does not indicate die orientation,it was painted on after the coin was struck and can appear in any position
The word CANADA should be at the bottom on the reverse, and the P below the bust is at the bottom of the obverse.

The problem is there are 3 canadas on the reverse and I don't know which way the ribbon should be pointing.

As stated above the ribbon can point in any direction. I purchased a roll of these and the robbon is randomly placed.

No checking for a rotated die on these coins beyond 20 degrees, okay I can live with that. Thanks for your answer.
