Obvious thing to do is find out what the weights of all of these things are.
The number of coins minted may also be a critical factor. I would not proceed without this information at the very least.

As you know, the RAM has produced 24K proof versions of the normal circulating coins.

Some American entrepreneurs have gold plated States Quarters, etc.

well if they are gold plated I already have 2 :), I was searching them on ebay and found those saying they are gold plated

They're products of curious people I presume. Eurocents are made of an alloy called Nordic gold. It's a brass alloy which is relatively strong against tarnishing. They look gold, but doesn't feel like gold.

Possibly a small fraction of Gold since there is no weight of the Gold mentioned. Gold is one of those metals that could be plated onto something so thin it's almost invisible.
